"Jay" Rogler
1955-2009
John (Jay) F. Rogler, age 54, of Lafayette, died Friday, August 28,
2009. Born March 1, 1955 in Harrisburg, PA, he was the son John C.
Rogler & Margaret E. (Tamke) Rogler.
He was a 1973 graduate of Harrison High School and received a
bachelors degree in Philosophy from Purdue University in 1978. He
worked in the Elliott Hall of Music at Purdue as a lighting
technician. He enjoyed good music, playing blues guitar & bicycling.
Surviving with his parents is one brother; Richard Rogler (wife:
Deborah) of Nineveh, New York. Also surviving are 2 nephews, Karl
Rogler & Kurt Rogler.
Friends may call 12-1 p.m., Friday at Faith Presbyterian Church,
3318 St Rd 26 W., West Lafayette, with service to follow at 1 p.m.
